Securing your booking
Once the dates are confirmed, we will send you a formal Confirmation of Booking and you will need to forward a deposit of 30%. The balance will be payable either before 8 weeks of arrival or on arrival. Please note that any cheques on arrival are not acceptable.

A deposit of 150 euros will also be payable to secure against any damages to the property. An additional 50 euros is also payable on departure to the cleaner.

Cancellation Policy

It is advisable that you are covered by Travel Insurance.

Any cancellations are not refundable. Changes in dates will be treated on an individual basis. If we are able to accommodate you on alternative dates and subsequently to resell your cancelled dates, we will gladly oblige.
