All Villas have their own private pool, some heated either by solar or heat exchangers. Villas on Alhaurin Golf have plenty of terrace area both at the front and back – great for following the sun or shade!

There are barbecue facilities, some have outdoor kitchens and toilet facilities.

Airconditioning, heating, Satelite TV, dvd/radio are also available. Some have

INTERNET facilities or WIFI.

Kitchens are spacious, modern, and well equipped with dishwasher, washingmachine, large fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, kettle, toaster, and seating etc.

Bedrooms are on the second floor. There is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, two bedrooms (one with balcony) sharing one bathrooms. Bathrooms are large, spacious and fully tiled with double wash basins, bidet, wc, bath with shower over.

There is an additional shower/wc room on the ground floor.

Sitting Room – plenty of seating, Dining Table for 8, double doors to front terrace.

All have either Balconies or Terraces with excellent views!

Newly built, they are beautifully furnished and have air conditioning and heating.

There is seating on Balconies, and plenty in the Sitting room with Satelite Tv, dvd, and well equipped Kitchens.

One or two have open fireplaces which are fabulous for winter bookings.

Most apartments have twin beds but there are some with double beds if this is your preference.

Lifts take you up directly from the ground floor. Some have no steps at all.

Penthouse Apartments are generally more expensive because of the additional terracing above.

All Apartments have the use of communal pools which are laid out in wonderful landscaped tropical gardens.

Parking is off road and secure.
